Brain Injury Recovery
A 28-year-old father of one suffered life-threatening injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, when a dead tree next to the roadway fell into the roadway while he was driving on a Montgomery County road. While our client suffered catastrophic injuries, in comparison the insurance limits available were severely limited. Even still, prior to trial, the attorneys at Marciano Legal were able to secure a recovery against both the homeowners and the tree consulting company for a total of $1,000,000.
