On December 12, 2018, a member of our firm participated in the Delaware County Bar Association’s (DCBA) Verdicts & Settlement Seminar, held at the Delaware County Bar Association Auditorium.
As panel members, we familiarized ourselves with 10 different case summaries and participated in dialogue with audience members, the moderator, other panelists regarding the various settlements and verdicts involved and how they were reached.
We are glad to have had this opportunity to help other legal practitioners hone their craft and grow in their understanding of various case types and how positive settlements and verdicts are accomplished.
