A Show At Philadelphia’s Academy Of Music

In Philadelphia, you can find a new and exciting cultural experience every night of the week. This city is known for its bustling arts and music scene, and the famous Academy of Music is one of the most popular and prestigious venues in the city. In operation since 1857, the Academy is the oldest opera house in the United States which is still used for its original purpose. From 1900 until 2001, this opera house was the home of the Philadelphia Orchestra, until they moved to the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. In 1962, it was named a National Historic Landmark. Our Philadelphia personal injury lawyers love to catch shows and concerts here, so we wanted to share some of our favorite aspects of the Academy of Music.
